Hoisting Steps of Small Winch:

• Preparation before hoisting: the equipment must be carefully checked and verified before hoisting.
• Check whether the equipment installation datum mark and bearing line mark are correct;
• Check whether the lifting lug of the equipment meets the hoisting requirement.
• Connection of hoisting cables: mainly includes the tension test and orientation adjustment, traction and tail system setting of the hoisting ear and electric hoist.
• Test hoisting: check and confirm before lifting;
• The hoisting general command carries out the operation of hoisting operation;
• To assign the main points and main contents of monitoring posts;
• The hoisting down is carried out several times to make the parts have coordination and safety;
• Review the changes in all parts.
• The hoisting is in place: the general command will formally order the deputy commanders to check the positions to be on standby, and check whether the command signal system is normal;
